-Art Temblador - DSO Art started his soccer experience as a youth. He was the youngest player in the league during the 1993 APSL season. Playing Experience:

He currently holds a USSF National B License, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma and Everton Way Level 1 and 2 Certification. Art worked as the Director for El Dorado United Soccer Club for three years prior to joining the staff here at Elk Grove Everton FC. Art has been the director for EGEFC since 2005. |

-Ralph Cazel- Ralph played club soccer all of his youth and advanced to the CA-North State ODP team. He then played for Cosumnes River College and was named the 2001 MVP for offense, received the 2001 Golden Boot Award and was on the 2001 All Norcal Team. He played for the Sacramento Knights for three years. He has been with Elk Grove Everton for three years and has coached the youth teams and the Youth Academy Program. Ralph has his E level license for USSF and his Everton Way Level 1. Ralph’s U10 Girls earned the NorCal State Cup Super Group Championship Title in 2009. |
-Ismael Echeverria- Ismael played club soccer for his entire youth career and continued on to played for Sacramento State during his college career. He has been with EGEFC for two years and has coached various age groups. Ismael has his E level license with USSF and his Everton Way Level 1. |

-Raul Echeverria- Raul played soccer from age 11 on. He played for the following Adult Men’s Teams; CCSL, Cruz Azul, Areo Jet and the “Turn Verein’ Soccer Club. He has coached for Elk Grove Everton for three years. His coaching experience ranges from recreational, select, competitive and high school teams through out his 14 years as a coach. He has his National ‘D’ license and Everton Way Level 1. |
-Eliseo Lopez- Eliseo played club level soccer in the Fresno and Sacramento area. He played for Fresno City College and Fresno Pacific University. He went on to play for the Sacramento Knights professional team. He has been coaching for four years at the high school level, both men’s and women’s varsity teams. He coached Franklin HS Men’s Varsity team to league semi-finals. He has been with EGEFC for two years. He is starting his Everton Way certification and USSF licensing. He currently holds his CYSA F level license. |

-Tim Maestretti- Tim played club soccer for eight years as well as varsity for Christian Brothers. He went on to play for Santa Clara University and CSU, Sacramento. Tim played four years at the professional level both indoor and outdoor for various soccer clubs; such as Celtic FC, Turn Verein FC, Sacramento Knights, Sacramento Scorpions, Sacramento Geckos and Aguias PSC SC. His coaching career started over 19 years ago at the competitive level and he has been with Elk Grove Everton for eight of those years. He has coached all age groups as well as High School varsity teams. Tim has his USSF National C license and his Everton Way Level 1. |
-Peter Ochoa- Peter has over 20 years playing experience. He played club ball in his youth, college ball and five years with USISL at the professional level. Peter has been coaching competitive soccer for six years; four years have been with Elk Grove Everton. He has coached at the district level for ODP for five years and has been a State ODP evaluator for three years. Peter has his D level license from USSF, his regional diploma from NSCAA and his Everton Way |

-Cesar Plasencia- Cesar played club level soccer as a youth and moved on to play in college with CRC and Sac State. He then continued on to play professionally with Sacramento Senators, Real Santa Barbara Salt Lake Sting and Atlas F.C. After his playing career, he moved into coaching where he has been for the last 27 years. He has coached with EGEFC for over a year. He comes from coaching at all levels from club ball (youth – all ages), high school, community college (currently Women’s Head Coach at Cosumnes River College), division 1 college and semi-pro (Knights). Cesar has his USSF “A” license, his NSCAA National Advanced Diploma and Everton Way Level 1. Cesar’s U13 Girls finished NorCal State Cup Super Group Finalist’s in 2009. |
-Rafael Ramirez- Rafa has played higher level soccer all his life, starting in Barranquilla, Columbia. He then moved to Texas and played club soccer there, moving on to University of North Texas then on to play at American River College. He has coached semi-pro, winning three National Championships, and was an assistant coach for Sacramento Knights. He has coached club level soccer for 13 years, coaching a range of age groups. Rafa has his CYSA E/D license and his Everton Way Level 1. |

-Scott Seese- Scott played club soccer in his youth that included three years on the CA-North State ODP team; he played for San Francisco University and CRC as keeper. He was the MVP for the delta league in 1991 and played on the “All City” in high school and “All Conference” teams in College. He became a head coach after college at club level while still named as an assistant coach at the college level. Scott has been EGEFC’s keeper coach since 2006. Scott has achieved his USSF E/D License, NSCAA Goal Keeper State Level Certification and is working towards his Everton Way Level 1 certification. |
-Mike Stralen- Mike played club soccer through U19 and played for CA-North District 4 ODP. He then went to play for Saint Mary’s College and CSU, Sacramento. He has coached youth soccer for eight years at various age groups, and an assistant coach for competitive soccer for three years. Mike has been with Elk Grove Everton for three years. He has his USSF E/D license, NSCAA Youth National Certificate and is presently working towards obtaining his Everton Way Level 1. |

-Mark Talan- Mark played club soccer his entire youth and moved on to play for Saint Mary’s College for four years. He has been with Elk Grove Everton for eight years and has coached all age groups. He coached high school level soccer for three years, assistant coach for division 1 college for nine years and then became head coach for four years before coming to EGEFC. Mark was a part of the ODP State Coaching Staff as well. He has his E/D level with USSF and his Everton Way Level 1. |
-David Villegas- Dave has been playing soccer for 20 yrs; 15 years at the competitive level. Dave played for a PASL team and earned three championship titles. He has played and trained in Portugal. While deployed he played with the Army Soccer Team. David has been coaching for eight years; two years with Elk Grove Everton. He has coached U8 teams up to U17 teams. He has his National Youth Diploma NSCCA, CYSA F license and is actively working towards his Everton Way Level 1. |

-Ygnacio Zarate- Nacho played club soccer his entire youth career, advancing to ODP for the State of Colorado. He then played for CRC where he was named Most Valuable Athlete in 1994 and continued to play at Cal State University, Sacramento. He has been with Elk Grove Everton for eight years of his 14 years coaching club soccer. He has coached in all age groups. Nacho coached a WPASL semi-pro team as well. He has his USSF E/D license and his Everton Way Level 1. |
